It seems that renowned shoe designer Christian Louboutin is making the best out of his creativity as the designer is set to become the first guest creator for the renowned Parisian cabaret house, Le Crazy Horse. Christian Louboutin and Le Crazy Horse are definitely two symbols of the glamorous, creative and inspirational Parisian life, and their collaboration is believed to bring a spectacular result.

Louboutin has always found the cabaret show inspirational when it comes to his designs, so he didn’t hesitate to seize the opportunity to collaborate with the renowned avant-garde cabaret house. To show his enthusiasm, Louboutin posed alongside two nude cabaret dancers which were wearing his famous red sole shoes.

Andrée Deissenberg, Managing Director of Crazy Horse Paris Group revealed the details regarding the collaboration and stated that: “Christian Louboutin and Crazy Horse Paris are symbols of Parisian life whose worlds know no borders; symbols of the world of creativity, wonder and modernity. They share the same sources of inspiration – Women, of course, but also the world around them – and both are exceptionally skilled at producing unique and surprising creations. This is why Christian Louboutin was the natural choice as our first Guest Creator.”

Apparently, Mr. Louboutin will be directing four original tableaux inspired by various art forms from the hip hop music scene to art masterpieces. The famous red sole shoe guru turned towards the help of Patricia Folly, choreographer and dancer at Le Crazy as well as music composers David Lynch and Swizz Beatz, who created original music for the tableaux. Gilles Papain was selected as the video designer while acclaimed photographer Youssef Nabil helped in creating the poster for the show.

According to Vogue UK, the designer, who’s company celebrates 20 years of success in 2020, revealed that the tableaux entitled ‘Feu’, represent “a personal look at femininity in all its forms”. He also revealed that: “I am interested in all things that celebrate and enhance the female form. Because of what I do, for these numbers I have focused on the lower half of the body, rather than the top. The language of legs can express any and every feeling, and without giving too much away, the body becomes the Flame.”
