A chic brow lift to chin reduction, liposuction on the waist, neck and hips as well as breast augmentation as well as buttock enlargement are only some of the most visible and important procedures she decided to endure in order to upgrade her look in the blink of an eye. Now Heidi Montag wants old body back and claims that the recovery had a severe impact on her marriage and her relationship with Spencer. 
The period dedicated to the recovery process also had some ups and downs for the couples as she states to ABC News: “He didn’t sign up to be the nurse to his 23-year-old wife at the time, day and night. It was so traumatizing what my body looked like. I couldn’t look in the mirror. I was hysterically crying and he’s like, ‘I didn’t marry this girl’.”

I don’t want to get any more Botox or any more surgery, or any more lip injections. I think I’m fine the way I am.” After the fabulous reunion with her ex-hubby, Spender Pratt she feel like there’s no need to say goodbye to her old self and live only for the fame and fortune. In fact she stated several times that surgery is no longer an option for her to improve her silhouette and features.
