It seems that Eva Mendes isn’t planning to get married any time soon due to the fact that she thinks marriage is unsexy. This is quite surprising that Eva, one of the hottest women on the planet isn’t planning to walk down the aisle, as this is probably every woman’s dream. Still, this hottie actress isn’t single, she is dating film maker George Augusto since 2020, so she’s not quite on the market again because she has this opinion.
Apparently Eva Mendez explained her opinion about marriage and why she doesn’t think it’s for her on Chelsea Lately Show on Wednesday night. The news was quite a shocker as not many woman can say they’re not planning on getting married. It might be unoriginal, but most people think that marriage is a way to openly demonstrate your love for another person. Well, the contemporary world we’re living in seems to be leaving its print on celebrity life as Eva proves.
However, Eva Mendes states she is definitely not against marriage or the institution of marriage, but it’s just not for her. She told Chelsea Handler:
“I’m not like anti-marriage or the institution, like for other people. And I love the idea of a union – that’s all very beautiful. But I think, you know, it’s a very old fashioned, archaic kind of thing. We did it for land originally. How unromantic is that?” “Well actually, if we were doing it for land now, I’d probably be more interested.”
“I actually think it’s really sexy to be with someone in your fifties and sixties and be like, ‘That’s my boyfriend,”.“I think husband and wife is just very unsexy.”
