While yachts remain DiCaprio’s favorite mode of transportation on the sea, but cyc ing is his favorite option on land.
Jennifer Aniston
Few celebrities who love cycling actually had a job as a bike messenger, but Jennifer Aniston did, before she became famous. The actress called it her “toughest job”, but she hasn’t let it ruin her love for cycling. It’s part of her indoors workout routine, but she still takes her bicycle out on the streets of Los Angeles. She even helped Ellen prank a bike salesman.
Jared Leto
The “Suicide Squad” star has also been photographed while biking in New York City, but you won’t see him on Citibikes. Leto is a proud owner of a Cinelli track bike. Made in Italy, the bicycle is white and has blue handles. He’s also been spotted on red bikes. The 43-year-old actor stays in shape by cycling, and the bicycle is also his favorite mode of transportation in Toronto.

Naomi Watts
Some celebrities who love cycling also try to share their passion with their children. Naomi Watts takes her children to school in New York City on her bicycle. She was also photographed on a double bicycle with husband Liev Schreiber and both kids at the same time. Watts always uses a child seat when taking her kids along for a ride, and they always wear helmets.
Jake Gyllenhaal
The actor has bulked up for plenty of roles, including “Jarhead” and the upcoming “Southpaw”, and cycling is part of his fitness routine. Whether he’s on the East Coast or in Los Angeles, Gyllenhaal likes to ride, without worrying too much about the best looking gear. “I’m not really a gearhead. With biking, the spirit of it is – whatever you can find,” he told Men’s Journal.
Madonna
Even if they started riding for ecological reasons, plenty of celebrities who love cycling use it as a serious workout. The Queen of Pop is mostly seen on her bicycle when in Europe, especially in London. Madonna uses a mountain bike, and she always wears leather biking gloves and keeps her skin covered to protect it from the sun.
Patrick Dempsey
After leaving “Grey’s Anatomy”, Patrick Dempsey will have even more time to dedicate to biking. The actor told Bicycling Magazine that he tries to ride more than 100 miles every week. He’s even made cycling part of his charitable efforts by creating the Dempsey Challenge, with features bike rides from 10 to 100 miles to raise money for the Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope & Healing at the Central Maine Medical Center.
Kate Hudson
Whether she’s on her bike in the U.K. or in the U.S., Kate Hudson has proven that she’s one of the celebrities who love cycling on both sides of the Atlantic. The actress prefers hybrid bikes, that are the perfect compromise between mountain bikes and road ones.
