The H&M fall 2020 Paris Fashion Week show has been unveiled at Musée Rodin in the presence of Hollywood A-listers such as Ashley Olsen, Emma Roberts and Chloe Moretz as well as fashion stylists and fashion editors from which we have to name Anna Dello Russo and Eva Grealdine Fontanelli from ELLE Italia. Expectations were running high as several guests expressed their desire to see innovative designs that still have that affordable price tag all while veering away from looking retail and exuding a bit more of that high-end chicness that women love.
Fortunately, Anna-Sofie Johansson, H&M‘s Head of Design, managed to transpose her ideas of the modern, fashion-oriented H&M girl flawlessly through a lineup that aimed to look modern-yet-dramatic, by taking ideas from uniforms and tomboyish designs that packed plenty of attitude.
The H&M fall 2020 Paris Fashion Week collection displayed an array of chic, wearable and totally cool garments focusing on different styles, garments worn by supermodels including Cara Delevingne and Isabeli Fontana, patterns that are up-to-date and that were displayed on the catwalks of some of the most reputable high end fashion houses of today. So, are you excited? Well, we are, so let’s analyze the collection and see if you can hold back your excitement as the lineup proved to be addictive from our point of view.
A stylish cape (capes are super popular this fall) paired with a contrasting short dress, tall boots and a vintage-hat opened the show and surprised the audience with its flawless, impeccably tailored lines. An array of coats and jackets followed ranging from vintage classics to modern biker jackets, thus underlining that variety that women crave for nowadays. The elements that amped up the glam factor were peplum details, pailettes and fringes, details that stand out and that capture attention like a magnet!
Mohair sweaters, maxi skirts and dresses also delighted the audience and made heads turn through their effortless chicness, so be sure to raid through H&M’s fall 2020 Paris Fashion Week collection as soon as it will hit the shelves and pick the outfits that you feel will turn you into a total streetstyle diva!
