Cara Delevingne stars in the Pepe Jeans spring/summer 2020 campaign following the footsteps of popular beauties like Sienna Miller, Laetitia Casta and Alexa Chung. The young British supermodel didn’t just model for top designers and appeared in renowned fashion magazines, but she also managed to become an icon with her casual urban Brit style, copied by girls all over the world. “I’m very happy to be part of the team, considering the line-up before me,” Delevingne told Vogue UK. “Alexa and Sienna are also great friends of mine.”
Well, it seems that the famous model has been chosen to be the brand’s new face as her beauty, charm, freshness and rebelliousness represent Pepe perfectly. So, Cara Delevingne actress Mia Goth, and model Jeremy Young front the Pepe Jeans spring/summer 2020 campaign photographed by Josh Olins in London’s Notting Hill, where the label was first born, at a stall in Portobello Market.
Cara confessed in an interview with Grazia Daily that she enjoyed shooting the Pepe Jeans spring/summer 2020 campaign. “Working with Josh Olins who is brilliant and lovely,” the lovely model said. The model also reveals that she can’t live without skinny jeans and that, “I’ll be wearing really light blue jeans, but I love any coloured jeans, I would love some multi-coloured jeans.”
Still, despite her popularity, the 20-year-old model remains a down-to-earth girl. “I have a great support network – my family, my model agency Storm and people I work with in the fashion industry,” Cara told Vogue UK. “And, of course, there are all my followers on Twitter who stop me from feeling lonely, I love them all. They keep me grounded,” Delevingne added.
Pepe Jeans London is celebrating its 40th Anniversary this year and wanted to mark the event with a special campaign. And they totally succeeded as their spring/summer 2020 campaign is fun and cool and it features some of the UK’s hottest faces. Just take a peek!
