Pantone LLC, as the company responsible for providing the style pack with the latest color standards released the latest Pantone Fashion Color Report for Fall 2020. The first day of New York Fashion Week was the date planned to furnish fashionistas with the actual review of the Fall 2020 color trends everyone should pay attention to during the rainy season. These color standards are valid both for women and men fashion. The report was complemented with a chic parade of designer sketches who offered the perfect example on how to incorporate these tones into our wardrobe.
Leatrice Eiseman as the executive director of Pantone Color Institute stated that, “By playing to consumers’ practical side with versatile neutrals, and boosting their confidence with bold, spirited hues, this skillfully balanced palette has something for everyone.”
The designer sketches illustrate the original and unique way our fave designers played with the A-list color trends of the fall/winter season. These outfit ideas come from: James Coviello, Ella Moss, Bill Blass, Nicole Miller, BCBG Max Azria and Nanette Lepore. The report also revealed that Tangerine Tango was already crowned as the Color of The Year.
The colors to keep an eye on during the autumn/winter season are:
PANTONE 19-4056 Olympian Blue the Pantone report says that it is “a patriotic blue that will surely make its way into fall and winter athletic apparel.”

PANTONE 18-5338 Ultramarine Green the review says that this is a “a deep, cooling blue-green.”
PANTONE 17-4014 Titanium is “the quintessential cool gray.”
PANTONE 15-1142 Honey Gold is “a mellow, burnished yellow, suggests the soft-muted tones of sunlight to brighten a fall day.”
PANTONE 18-2133 Pink Flambé the report reveals that “it’s a delicious, vibrant pink with a bit of heat to it. Pair it with vivacious and enticing Tangerine Tango for an ongoing retro feeling.”
PANTONE 16-3817 Rhapsody is “a grayed-down purple that also encourages comfort and serenity with its quiet, muted tone.”
PANTONE 14-1506 Rose Smoke is “a veiled rose tone that pairs well with Rhapsody and Titanium.”
PANTONE 19-1012 French Roast a tasty, sophisticated hue that is a great alternative to the black and charcoal basics typically worn in the fall.”
PANTONE 14-0445 Bright Chartreuse according to the report this, “vital yellow-green, pays homage to a typical spring shade and creates a bridge into the cooling days of fall.”
No wonder, the latest collections are so amazing and take us into fabulous and fairy-tale realms. The fusion of classy neutrals with surprising bright colors is the secret to keep the fashion fold on its toes all throughout the series of runway shows. According to the report, these chromatic combos are meant to “transport consumers to an enchanting place, free from the stresses of everyday life.”
