The newBadgley Mischka fall 2020 collection seems to have been a reflection of an old-Hollywood glamor movie as the designs exuded a cinematic sophistication that only two masters could have captured: Mark Badgley and James Mischka. The designers fused their visions of femininity and created a collection that seemed elegant, wearable, chic yet distinct and the same time and this combo of characteristics made the lineup a true delight to watch from beginning to end, contouring an idea of a femme fatale capable of making jaws drop the minute she steps in the room.
A powerful sense of style was brought front and center at the Badgley Mischka fall 2020 collection from the debut of the collection when one of the models appeared in front of the audience present at the New York Fashion Week donning a cool, intricately paillettes embellished gold tone blazer paired with a simple black pencil skirt. Delicate yet fierce, the look set the tone for the rest of the designs to come, and trust us when we say there weren’t just a few!
Obviously, in a season in which masculine details have become a requirement, business chic attire couldn’t have been overlooked, so the designers underlined this classic style through tweed separates and tuxedo-inspired powersuits featuring a duo chromatic satin finish that appeared oh-so-stylish.

While some of the designs were maintained relatively simple, most of the dresses were given a bolder touch through the use of Aztec-themed embellishments.
