1 cup bentonite or green clay
1/4 cup sea salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups water
Add the sea salt to boiling water to dissolve, then add the rest of the ingredients. Keep this homemade body wrap on for 45-60 minutes.
Lemon and Honey Wrap
Homemade body wraps for cellulite focus on improving circulation and this recipe does the trick the right way. Use:
1/2 lemon
5 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sea salt or Epsom salt
As one of the most natural body wraps you can do at home, it may take a while to prepare, but you won’t be left waiting around. Juice half of the lemon, then rind it, then mix everything together. This recipe is one of the homemade skinny wraps that acts fast: leave on for 15 minutes after wrapping.
