The effortless chic look seems to be a perma-trend on the red carpet. Lady Gaga opted for ultra long tresses for the occasion, while Ke$ha showed off her cotton candy-inspired locks which instantly grabbed everyone’s attention.

Another fan of the simple look was Kendall Jenner, who opted for a simple center part hairstyle which let her sexy makeup look be the main focal point. Emma Roberts opted for a simple yet classy look: a faux-undercut style with subtle waves.Taylor Swift stole the spotlight with an ultra sexy metallic dress, so she kept her hairstyle simple with a refined version of the beadhead look.

When it comes to channeling a ladylike allure big curls are almost always a great choice. Last night, the stars that proved the accuracy of that principle were Katy Perry and Christina Aguilera. Both of them channeled Old Hollywood glamour, but in different ways. If ‘The Voice’ judge went for a Marilyn Monroe inspired look with blonde loose curls and a statement red lip, Katy’s jet black tresses were kept glossy and her flawless red orange lips became the center of attention.

Many chic ponytails were spotted on the 2020 AMAs red carpet. One of the most memorable ponytail hairstyles was Jordin Sparks’ braided ponytail which complemented her stunning black gown perfectly.
