The teen starlet has already chosen the company she is collaborating with: Adrenalin Inc, a brand best known as an extreme sports and adventure-themed lifestyle brand that is planning to expand its profile.
Up until now, however, no details about the scent that will be released in the spring of 2020 have been revealed. Well, apparently this is because the scent is still a work in progress, a project that the Disney star’s fans will have the possibility to influence more than they can imagine. That is because they will have the chance to vote on the defining notes of the fragrance.
In an effort to harness the potential of the Internet to reach out to fans all over the world as well as to make this project a little more personal, Selena invites all her fans to vote the ingredients they want at selenagomezperfumes.com.
The efforts of the fans will not go unrewarded, as the “Wizards of Waverly Place” actress will ensure that the first 50 000 voters will receive a free sample of the fragrance.
But, things get even better as the fans will have the chance to win a tour of the fragrance lab with their favorite star. Selena’s wishes for the fragrance?
“I am excited to make my own fragrance that is romantic, rich and sweet — I wanted to make a fragrance that is able to make my fans feel special,” she pointed out. With that in mind, fans can certainly put their creativity to work.
With the power of decision the 19-year-old is leaving up to her fans, we cannot help but wonder if she comes up with a name reflecting the joined effort as well. As you might know, the name of the perfume has not been revealed up to now. What do you think about the star’s unexpected initiative?
