Here’s a look that is here to stay! Braids are very playful and feminine and combined with a great outfit, they will simply look outstanding. For the Rebecca Minkoff show, hair stylists were totally inspired by the Mexican culture, the center image being Frida Kahlo. Also, for the Calla Paris collection, stylists opted for some fun fishtail braids threaded with neon ribbons that perfectly outlined the collection’s inspiration: the ’90s surf culture.

Spring 2020 Hairstyle Trends: Wet Look Locks

If you started to miss the beach, you can get into the atmosphere with this lovely look. Kérastase stylist Odile Gilbert decided to pull the front sections of the hair over the ears. She then tied them back and slicked the top with gel. Redken’s hairstylist Guido Palau decided to opt for a structural look for the Rag & Bone show. Spring 2020 Hairstyle Trends: Soft Waves

The ’90s are back! Just look at Alexander Wang’s spring 2020 show. It was inspired by that sexy decade when we tried to copy cool girls’ hairstyles. Guido Palau used hairspray and a curling wand in order to create some texture.

For the BCBG show, models flaunted a center part and soft waves and they looked gorgeous and fresh. The key to creating soft and natural waves is to use a very light touch when handling the curling iron.

Spring 2020 Hairstyle Trends: Glamorous Rolls

This ’20s inspired look was recreated by hairstylist Peter Gray for the Badgley Mischka show. He first created a horizontal braid that he hid at the nap of the neck, which served as a base for the vintage rolls. He then added texture to the model’s hair and started doing the rolls.
