Bright Summer Makeup: Face
Start by creating a flawless base for your summer look: apply a liquid foundation using a synthetic brush, then set it with a sheer powder that will cut excess shine and give skin a flawless finish. Use pressed powder for oily and combination skin to tame the shiny T zone and give more coverage.
Bright Eye Makeup for Summer: Steps
Prep the eyes with eyeshadow primer to ensure better color payoff and a makeup that lasts longer. Apply a light shimmery pink eyeshadow over the entire lid from lash line to eyebrow.
Add orange eyeshadow to the middle of the eyelid, working your way towards the outer corner of the eyes. Blend well where the orange and light pink meet so there are no harsh lines and we get a smooth transition between the two colors. Add more depth to the eyes by applying a purple eyeshadow to the outer corner blending and concentrating the color on the crease. The purple will create a beautiful contrast with the orange eyeshadow we’ve added earlier. Use a big fluffy brush to blend the colors together.
Create a soft flick with a thin angled brush dipped in black eyeshadow. Add orange eyeshadow along the lower eyelid, then define the lash line with the purple eyeshadow used earlier in the crease. Fill in eyebrows and shape them to your liking.
Use a nude colored eye pencil on the waterline to brighten and open up the eyes. Trace a curved line underneath the eyebrows using the same pencil and blend down into the brow bone. This will further enhance the shape of your eyebrows for a more youthful and awakened look. Finish off your bright summer eye makeup with a coat of mascara.

Bright Summer Makeup: Cheeks and Lips
Enhance bone structure and bring out features by contouring cheeks, forehead and nose. Use a matte bronzer or contouring product one or two shades darker than your natural skin tone.
Add color to the cheeks with a hot pink cream blush. Apply using your fingers then buff it into the skin with a fluffy face brush. Highlight the top of the cheeks using a light creamy eyeshadow, concealer or shimmery powder. This will give a luminous glow to the skin that catches the light beautifully.
Fill in lips with a hot pink lip pencil. Leave the lips matte for one of the hottest lip color trends of the season, or add a drop of lip gloss in the center of bottom and top lips for a plumping effect.
