The best celebrity nose jobs are often the ones that aren’t obvious, but even if the transition goes unnoticed, comparing old and new pictures of noses clearly shows that surgery was involved. While many celebrities don’t have a problem admitting to breast enhancements, nose jobs are still usually denied.

Jennifer Aniston
One of the celebrities who hasn’t outright denied getting a nose job, Jennifer Aniston mentioned that her nose was broken in high school.
However, even pictures taken after graduation show a thicker and bigger nose than the celebrity sports today. While contouring can do wonders, there’s no denying her nose went under the knife for cosmetic reasons.
Cameron Diaz
While she definitely one of the best celebrity nose jobs, Cameron Diaz denies she got cosmetic surgery. A big fan of surfing, the actress got hit in the nose more than once before finally breaking it in 2020. Since she had to get it fixed anyway, in order to alleviate breathing problems, the blonde seems to have accepted a little cosmetic enhancement, resulting in a beautiful, but different nose.
Blake Lively
Thinner and smaller is the look every celebrity goes for when getting rhinoplasty, and Blake Lively is no different. While she hasn’t admitted to getting it fixed, her new nose is definitely slimmer, but the clear giveaway is the tip. Her original nose had a slight droop at the tip, but her new one definitely shows some lifting in the tip area. The result is subtle and effective, but surgery is pretty much undeniable.

Halle Berry
One of the best celebrity nose jobs has been denied more than once. Halle Berry has a much different nose in her 40s than she did in her 20s. When she won Miss Ohio USA in 1986 and became the first African-American Miss World entrant that same year, her nose was a lot wider and her nostrils seem to have shrunk down as well.
Diana Agron
While many celebrities deny the rhinoplasty, Dianna Agron admitted to getting her nose fixed twice. Both times, in high school and during a tour with “Glee”, followed an accident in which she ended up with a broken nose. Perhaps keeping her old one intact would have been difficult, but the result of both surgeries is a smaller, Hollywood nose.
Kim Kardashian
The queen of contouring has also been accused of having a lot of work done. Kim has posted a few sans fards pictures on Instagram, but all they seem to indicate is that she has one of the best celebrity nose jobs. Even without contouring, her nose is noticeably slimmer than it was a decade ago.
Victoria Beckham
The former “Spice Girl” admitting to getting her breast enhanced and then her implants removed, but she’s been quite about her nose. While her current nose seems to be in perfect proportion to her face, it’s a lot more dainty than it used to be in her pop star days. The transition was seamless, but before and after nose job pics prove she has had (great) work done.
Sandra Bullock
An incident from your childhood, like your sister accidentally breaking your nose, is basically a carte blanche for celebrities to get rhinoplasty in order to improve their “breathing”. Tyra Banks
Both the bridge and the tip of Tyra’s nose are much narrower than in her early modeling days. After telling People magazine she’s against boob jobs, she explained to Larry King that: “I’m not afraid of plastic surgery and I’m not against it… I feel like everybody should make a choice and, you know, if they want to do that, that’s fine. I’m so not against it.”
Ryan Gosling
While many have accused Zac Efron of getting a nose job, it’s another heartthrob that has one of the best celebrity nose jobs in Hollywood. Ryan Gosling had a slightly crooked bridge in older pictures, but that’s been replaced with a completely straight one.
