While they make many women feel very sexy, the young actress is not one of them. “When I’m in high heels I feel like an ogre, I can’t walk and my feet are uncomfortable,” she explained.
Kristen Stewart
Few celebrities who hate high heels have dared to break the red carpet dress code, but Kristen Stewart decided that being more comfortable, even if that means wearing sneakers, is what really counts. “Heels limit me,” she told InStyle magazine, adding that: “I feel I can experience about half of my night that I would be able to experience if I was just wearing shoes and I could run around. Literally, these [heels] slow you down.”

While she’s paid a lot of money to wear high heels for photo shoots, model Cara Delevingne is rarely seen off the runway in anything but flats. “The worst part of being a model? I hate high heels, more than anything,” she told Vogue UK.

Even though she used to be a big fan of them, Sarah Jessica Parker has joined the list of celebrities who hate high heels. Wearing 18-hour days on the set of “Sex and the City” and never taking them off did a lot of damage to her feet. “I went to a foot doctor and he said, ‘Your foot does things it shouldn’t be able to do. That bone there… you’ve created that bone. It doesn’t belong there’,” she told Net-A-Porter.
Ashley Benson
Model and actress Ashley Benson also has to wear plenty of heels when she’s on the set of “Pretty Little Liars” playing Hanna, but unlike Sarah Jessica Parker she knows that heels are bad for her. “I feel uncomfortable when I’m in Hanna’s clothes just because I hate wearing heels, and she’s always in heels. My feet hurt!” she told Glamour magazine.

Going from a self-describer “all-heels-all-the-time girl” to more of a wedge fan, the “American Horror Story” actress is definitely one of the celebrities who hate high heels. Lena Dunham
Some celebrities who hate high heels make a big deal out of speaking out against them, and Lena Dunham dramatically took off her shoes at the the 2020 Glamour Women of the Year Awards, where she was awarded the top honor. “I have to take my shoes off, you guys, I’m so sorry. It was never going to go OK that way,” she said after taking her heels off a few seconds into her acceptance speech.

Elizabeth Olsen
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen aren’t big fan of heels, and their younger sister seems to take after them. “I don’t like wearing heels. I’’ve had a couple of times now where I feel like, by the end of the night, when I’m wearing heels at events, my feet feel like they’re sitting in pools of blood. And it’s really awful,” she told ASOS magazine.
