It is well known that taxes need to paid on time and there are taxes for everything. Not paying these taxes can lead to serious problems as tax evasion is prosecuted and can lead to jail time. Hopefully this will not happen to our favorite fashion designers Dolce and Gabbana.

In 2020 the two fashion designers issued statements saying that they are not guilty of tax evasion, tax evasion accusations which were related to the sale of the well known brands Dolce & Gabbana and D&G in 2020. The designer duo stated then that “the accusation are based on a completely abstract calculation” which allows the authorities to calculate the debt towards the state with a hypothetical value.

Well this will probably have to be proven by a financial expert and the sum which Dolce and Gabbana have to pay adds up to about one billion dollars. Now that is a big sum to pay!

We are absolutely sure that everything will be solved and hopefully the two designers will be cleared of any accusations.
