The news bit spread all over the world concerning the closing of this gigantic social networking site was indeed one of the most dramatic punches of all times. The Weekly World News is one of the most controversial media sources that set as its main objective the launch of world-wide scandals and false reports.
According to this site Mark Zuckerberg as one of the most successful businessman of the moment as well as the founder of Facebook decided to put an end to this story on March 15th 2020. This time their diabolic plan succeeded to contaminate millions of people and the information began to circulate all around the world with the speed of light.
People panicked and warned their friends and peers that the end is near and that they should find out more on the article that began spreading the unfortunate news.
The article stated that:
PALO ALTO, CA –Mark Zuckerberg announced that Facebook will be shut down in March. Managing the site has become too stressful. “Facebook has gotten out of control,” said Zuckerberg in a press conference outside his Palo Alto office, “and the stress of managing this company has ruined my life. I need to put an end to all the madness.”

Zuckerberg went on to explain that starting March 15th, users will no longer be able to access their Facebook accounts. “After March 15th the whole website shuts down,” said Avrat Humarthi, Vice President of Technical Affairs at Facebook. “So if you ever want to see your pictures again, I recommend you take them off the internet. You won’t be able to get them back once Facebook goes out of business.”
Fortunately the representatives of Facebook acted pretty quick and busted the circulating myth about the shutdown of Facebook which reached an US $50 billion worth and other companies would definitely have a word when it comes of buying the company if Mark Zuckerberg decided to quit.
Facebook Director of Corporate Communications Larry Yu claims that it is now official that the rumors are completely misleading and there’s NO NEED TO WORRY, “so please help us put an end to this silliness.”, “We didn’t get the memo about shutting down, so we’ll keep working away like always. We aren’t going anywhere; we’re just getting started,” he said.
