It seems that the ex-Hills star Heidi Montag has returned form her Hollywood break and is getting ready to appear in another reality show which premieres on VH1 this fall season. Heidi Montag and her hubby Spencer Pratt have been causing a stir with their on and off relationship, but it seems that the two are hanging on quite well this time. After her plastic surgery and fake divorce, Heidi Montag decided to take a break from Hollywood and lay low for a while.
In an interview on Lopez Tonight, Heidi opened up about the reasons for her “out of the spotlight” choice for the past six months. Apparently, the attention she has received has put a generous amount of pressure on Heidi, so she decided to take a break. She said: “I needed a break after such a crazy six years of my life,” “And (from) being in L.A. and Hollywood; I’ve been with my puppies and my husband. It’s low-key.”
Heidi Montag also states that being married and sharing that with everyone on screen hasn’t been easy, but she has no regrets. However, she wouldn’t recommend starting your marriage on reality TV without having some reservations. Heidi said: “It’s hard; but it’s fun. I would never discourage any one from following their dreams and their passion, and obtaining any kind of success is great.”
Since she took a generous amount of time off reality TV, Heidi is now back as she is preparing to star along with other seven celebrities on a new reality show, Famous Foods. Along with Heidi you’ll be able to see the Real Housewives of New Jersey, Danielle Staub and Jake Pavelka from The Bachelor. Heidi explained the show will be about competing for potential ownership of a restaurant built from scratch. She said: “We started a restaurant from scratch. There’s seven celebrities…We have to find wallpaper and decorate it, and a menu; and I found the chef!” “At the end, maybe one person might get chosen to be a partner in the restaurant, and then maybe no one will get chosen.”
