The news that the well known “L.A. Ink” tattoo artist Kat Von D got engaged to Jesse James, who is known for his appearance on the reality show West Coast Choppers, spread like fire and shocked their fans. The couple has been dating officially since August 2020 although Jesse James’s divorce from the internationally known actress Sandra Bullock, to whom he was married for 5 years.
Kat Von D has been a quite controversial television personality due to her choice to pursue a career as a tattoo artist as well as her multitude tattoos created on her body. Kat Von D has become a style icon and a source of inspiration for many women across the world so no wonder she began launching her own makeup, clothing line, tattoo cover-up, etc. There’s a lot to expect from Kat Von D but her engagement to Jesse James was certainly a surprise.
According to People Kat is ecstatic about her engagement and thinks she found her soul mate. Kat said in an interview that:
“There is no one else for me. He’s the one”
Kate also responded to a Twitter message in which her hubby-to-be wrote:
“They say True love will always shine through. The only reason I started Twitter again? so I could publicly profess my love for Kat Von D.” Kate wrote in response: “Thank you always supporting me and believing in everything I do. But most of all, thanks for being my best friend.”
The 28 year old hottie can’t believe how happy she is to be finally together with the man she loves. Jess James now 41, seems to feel the same thing as else he wouldn’t have made the big step and proposed to Kat only 7 months after they reportedly started dating. The couple decided to take their relationship to the next level and Kat obviously said YES to Jesse’s wedding proposal.
There hasn’t been a date set yet, all that we could see is a gorgeous ring on Kat Von D’s ring finger which is rumored to be the engagement ring she has received from Jesse James. We can’t wait to her more details about the couple’s wedding plans as the two will most definitely opt for an unconventional wedding. What stirs our curiosity is the dress.
