With just a couple of weeks post their engagement announcement Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries have hit a “brick wall” as In Touch magazine has released a story where they claim Kim Kardashian has been caught cheating on Kris. Now it seems that trouble has hit paradise as if this turns out to be true, the reality star diva might end-up giving back her precious $2 million engagement ring from Kris.
The story that broke out seems to have set Kim on a defense mode as she threatens to sue the magazine which published the story as well as NFL player Bret Lockett, who states the two have had an affair while she was dating Kris Humphries.
Kim Kardashian’s romance with Kris started less then a year ago and everything looked perfect for the couple which recently announced their engagement. The scandal that hit front pages however isn’t just your average one, as Bret Locker claims he even has proof to back what he’s saying, so he’s not scared of any legal threats made by Kim. The two allegedly had a 5 month affair and the “other man” says he’s got kinky texts and phone photos to prove it.
Kim seems to be taking the matters into her own hands as she says that she knew people were going to come-up with stories after she announced her engagement, but she never thought things would go this far. She says she has never even met the guy who claims she has an affair with and goes into detail on her blog saying:
“I knew when I got engaged that rumors and false stories were going to start, but this is RIDICULOUS!!! In Touch Magazine is claiming that I had a five-month secret relationship with this guy… a guy I’ve never met, spoken to, texted, called or even heard of! This guy should be ashamed of himself. Calling up a magazine and making up an entirely fake story just to get attention!?!?! It’s just shameful and this guy should feel ashamed and humiliated.”
It seems that Kim isn’t willing to let this one slip as this could actually affect her relationship, so she writes on her blog she will be taking legal action as she has notified In Touch before the story was published that the allegations are false and that she will seek legal action. Kim says: “I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again… don’t believe everything you read. The tabloids and weekly magazines will do ANYTHING to sell copies, and in this case they decided to run a false story, knowing they had absolutely no proof that it was real. It’s disgusting, and I will be taking legal action against In Touch magazine and Bret Lockett.” What do you think? Is this a true story?
