Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s wedding invitation has finally been unveiled! US Weekly was the first to get a glimpse of the wedding invitation. The famous couple seems to have opted for a rather discreet invitation featuring a simple design. The invitation begins simply: “The honour of your presence is requested at the marriage of Kim Kardashian to Kanye West.”
Kimye’s wedding invitation reveals that it’s a black tie event and that the dinner will take place at 6 p.m the day before the wedding where the dress code will be cocktail attire. It seems like only about 100 guests will have the honor of attending the much awaited event, which is indeed a strong contrast to the star’ wedding to Kris Humphries .
Kim Kardashian announced earlier that the wedding won’t be filmed for the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” show, however, assured fans that they will get to see everything “leading up til and after” and that they decided to keep the event close to the heart and only share the event through photos.
The couple plans to keep everything under wraps until the family arrives in France. According to a source, guests won’t know the venue until they get to Paris. The invitations were apparently sent since mid April and guests were asked to respond to the invite until May 2nd.
Kim Kardashian seems to be planning to keep everything on a discreet note as much as possible. While rumors surfaced that the two were already married and several reports were made regarding the dress the star will be wearing on the big day, it seems most of the claims turned to be nothing more than false rumors.
The diva stated on May 7 that no one has had the chance to see her wedding dress yet and that reports that state the contrary are false. Given the fact that the star does indeed seem to be as discreet as possible about the entire affair, chances are the details about the upcoming wedding will be quite scarce.
