Lily Collins lands on Seventeen’s March 2020 cover. In the accompanying interview, the beautiful 22-year-old actress sits down for a chat with the magazine and dishes on her new movie ‘Mirror, Mirror’ also starring Julia Roberts, making friends in Hollywood, her celebrity crush, her thick eyebrows, but also on love, her thoughts on finding a real-life Prince Charming, and many more. Take a peek at these highlights from her interview and watch a behind-the-scenes video of Lily’s cover shoot!

Collins? Yes, Lily’s father is British world-famous pop star Phil Collins. Still, the ‘Abduction’ star confesses that she wants to be more than Phil Collins’ daughter. Speaking about her dad, the lovely actress says that, “My last name may have opened doors, but I have to keep them open.”

Lily is well-known for her thick, natural eyebrows. ‘Snow White’ director, Tarsem Singh, admitted in an interview with People magazine that, “I saw her eyebrows, and I said, ‘You’re it.’”

On her eyebrows, the young actress admits that, “It used to bother me — having bigger, fuller brows. I even plucked them once so I’d fit in, but I hated them and couldn’t wait for them to grow back. Now I embrace them. I realized the quirky things that make you different are what make you beautiful.”

In the interview with Seventeen, Lily also reveals the celebrity crushes of her childhood. “It’s weird to have celebrity crushes now because I could actually meet them or work with them! When I was younger, it was definitely Leonardo DiCaprio in Titanic. I had pictures of him and I had ‘NSYNC posted. I had the biggest crush on Justin Timberlake,” she says.

On who she hangs out with in Hollywood, Collins admits that, “I really, really love Lucy Hale. We kept running into each other so many times at events and finally we decided to just hang out and we’ve been friends for a while now.”

Lily was born in West Sussex, England. Speaking about happily ever after, the actress recalls that she used to imagine her own fairy tale. “As a little girl living in the English countryside, I used to go running around in the forests, creating my own fairy tale. To be an iconic character that I admired so much as a girl is a complete dream and honor,” she told the magazine.

Lily dated her ‘Abduction’ co-star, Taylor Lautner, but it seems that the two called it quits last year in September before the premiere of their movie in Los Angeles. Lily’s love advice for girls who are waiting for their Prince Charming is “to be open for anything. Be open to new experiences, be open to the idea that it may take longer than you want, but if you’re open to meeting new people and new adventures, then love will come along.”
