Mariah Carey, one of the most amazing singers of all times is preparing to experience the thrills of motherhood and bares her baby bump on the cover of Life&Style magazine to show the world the baby bump that brought her and her husband Nick Cannon so much joy. The twins that she and her husband are expecting, a baby boy and a baby girl, are due in a few weeks, so she decided to do what most celebrities have done while pregnant, (Demi Moore, Britney Spears, Claudia Schiffer) bare her fabulous baby bump for an exclusive professional shoot.
Pregnancy can bring a feeling of completion, so no wonder moms to be are flaunting proudly their baby bumps. This is a memorable moment which needs to be immortalized in pictures to show your kids how they slowly grew inside the womb. Mariah is all ready for the birth of the twins as Nick stated at the 2020 Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards: “It’s twins, so it can happen at any moment, so we’re prepared…the bags are packed!”
The diva has already been rushed once to the hospital at the end of March, due to contractions, but it was a false alarm, so the couple is still anxiously waiting. Mariah, although she looks and feels fabulous about her body, was a little bit unsure about baring it all for her photoshoot, as she is almost due, but she finally agreed and she looked absolutely amazing. She said in an exclusive interview with Life & Style that:
“I was feeling very vulnerable about taking pictures at all right now, but then I didn’t want to miss this opportunity to document this once-in-a-lifetime experience,” “ My ultimate goal was to share this incredibly personal moment with my true fans.”
It turns out that the photoshoot wasn’t just a regular one, as the babies were up and in for it as Mariah Carey states they were kicking the entire time. They are clearly going to inherit their parents talent and definitely their celebrity. Mariah stated: “The babies were kicking almost the entire time; it was unbelievable,” “Especially the girl — clearly she’s a diva in training! We didn’t start shooting until 1:30 a.m. because I was in the hospital from the night before until the day of the shoot with contractions five minutes apart!”
Mariah can be proud of having such a caring husband as Nick declared he has a whole new appreciation for moms in general, but especially for those who experienced difficulties during their pregnancies or had given birth to multiple babies. His statement “We need to have Mother’s Day once a week!” definitely shows his appreciation for Mariah and his joy for becoming a father, so all we have to say to the couple is Congratulations and Best Wishes!
