The new season is all about elegance and style at Elie Saab as the fashion guru has opted to tone things up a bit, however, the elegant lines of his creations were just as fabulous as we’ve imagined. From start to finish all the 46 incredibly seductive and elegant outfits featured in Elie Saab’s fall 2020 ready-to-wear collection enchanted the audience, taking them on a fascinating journey through classic-chic day and evening perfect pieces. The designer is known for his skills when it comes to women’s designs as he aims to enhance and put into value the body’s seductive forms. Due to his ‘bottomless bag of ideas’ and his incredibly seductive, high quality, highly wearable designs, the label has become a must have for every true fashionista, so no wonder that Elie Saab’s creations can be seen everywhere from the streets to the red carpet.
After a very glamorous collection this spring 2020 season, Elie Saab opted for a high variety, classic-chic collection, one that features wearable pieces perfect for daywear, cocktails as well as formal occasions where glamor dominates. Supermodel Karlie Kloss opened the show with a lovely two tone, shimmering tweed skirt suit that features soft and elegant lines with a little bit of an edge to draw attention and emphasize further a woman’s perfect shape.
Titled ‘Urban Elegance’, the collection displayed everything from one-sleeved blouse tucked into high-waisted pants, skirtsuits, pant-suits, overalls, stylish fur coats, classic coats and both knee-length and floor-length dresses, all which looked elegant, luxurious and with a little bit of an edge. The first part of the collection had a more day-look allure and featured timeless autumnal colors such as black, sand and gray, while the second part of the collection which had a more evening-glam vibe, was dominated by green, gold and silver.
The gowns that are like a trademark for the fashion guru, the sparkly sequin embellished gowns that have that atelier craftsmanship that makes jaws drop, were kept for the end of the show and were like ‘the cherry on top of the cake’. With emerald green column gowns as well as gold or silver pieces featuring simple to-the-floor cuts as well as highly revealing slits that gave a more powerful, seductive allure to the designs, the collection ended perfectly, so take a peek at the brand’s fall 2020 vision of fashion and draw inspiration for your new season iconic look!
