The 2020 Billboard Music Awards kicked off with lots of style last night at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Madonna, Rihanna, Britney are just a few of music industry heavyweights attending one of the biggest music events of the year. Along the amazing music performances from the Billboard Music Awards, our favorite highlight of the event was definitely the celebrity studded pink carpet.
Let’s see who was best dressed at the 2020 Billboard Awards and who fell flat bringing hot mess couture to the event.
Britney Spears in Reem Acra
Britney Spears made quite an entrance on the Billboard Awards pink carpet. She wore an embroidered lace and mesh top with a long train which she paired with over-the-knee cage boots.
Britney changed outfits for posing in the press room with her award and wore a beautiful pale blue halter top and skirt from Charbel Zoe Couture.
Ciara in Phillip Plein
Ciara showed off her beautiful body in a metallic silver Phillip Plein creation which she paired with silver ankle strap sandals, toned down makeup and a simple updo with bangs.
Meghan Trainor in Michael Costello
For the 2020 Billboard Awards, Meghan Trainor wore a long sleeve, turtle neck, strong shoulder, below the knee, sequin tube dress paired with ankle strap sandals. Girl, you need to fire your stylist ASAP!
Ariana Grande in Atelier Versace
Ariana Grande arrived to the Billboard Awards wearing an Atelier Versace hatler gown. While the dress is beautiful, she always dresses a little older for her age, and she could’ve went for a shorter, flirtier frock.
Rihanna in Vintage Thierry Mugler
Rihanna took a risk with the vintage 90s Thierry Mugler brown taffeta dress that she chose to wear to the Biillboard Awards. She rarely hits the mark with her outfits, but this was a rather weird choice for her. Her Manolo Blahnik mules are cute though.
Later, Rihanna changed outfits and wore this Dries Van Noten dress for accepting her Billboard Chart Achievement Award.
Demi Lovato in Chanel
Demi Lovato went for a Chanel look on the 2020 Billboard pink carpet. The “Cool for the Summer” singer wore a lace bustier with wide leg pants and a classic Chanel boucle jacket. Good thing she carried that Chanel clutch which one can easily use to cover a camel toe situation.
Jessica Alba in Zuhair Murad
Jessica Alba wore a long sleever black velvet applique mini dress from Zuhair Murad to the 2020 Billboard pink carpet. She paired the look with black thigh-high boots and a tight messy updo.
Zendaya in Fausto Puglisi
Zendaya wore an outfit at the 2020 Billboard Awards which not many can pull off. She opted for a two piece nude ensemble by Fausto Puglisi consisting of a long train skirt and a mesh bra. She kept the look modern with dainty jewelry and simple sleek hair.
Gwen Stefani Bedazzled Gown
While she didn’t walk the Billboard pink carpet, Gwen Stefani look amazing in her bedazzled silver gown she wore during her duet with beau Blake Shelton.
Madonna in Prince Tribute Look
Madonna hit the stage during her Prince tribute performance wearing a metallic lavander colored pant suit inspired by the late artist.
