Apparently Kate Middleton wasn’t the only one admired at the Royal Wedding, as her sister Pippa Middleton was quite praised for her look. With a striking resemblance to her sibling Catherine, Pippa managed to steal the show arriving as the Royal Maid of Honor to Westminster Abbey in a gorgeous white dress created by the same designer who created Kate Middleton’s wedding gown, Sarah Burton.
Pippa Middleton never managed to overshadow her sister, but on the day of the Royal Wedding she came pretty close. Everyone was surprised by her amazing figure put into value with a gorgeous floor length dress that features a cowl-neck and white cap sleeves.
The silky white dress was created out of heavy satin crepe that draped along her gorgeous fit body, making the best out of her curves without adding a touch of indecency to her look. The colour, although quite unusual for a bridesmaid, created a gorgeous contrast with her tan skin.
The back of the dress was kept simple but balanced with satin covered buttons which followed her spine beautifully. Pippa kept her hair natural, styled in a lovely half up/half down hairstyle to balance her simplistic fairytale dress, but gave it that festive allure by clipping some lily-of-the-valley flowers on the crown of the head.
As far as accessories went, Pippa opted for a simple ring and a pair of floral and teardrop dangling diamond earrings, which she has received from her parents as a birthday present, earrings designed by Robinson Pelham. Pippa received only compliments for her look, although most women stated they would wear Pippa’s dress as a wedding dress for a simple wedding by the ocean.
