The Rita Ora for Material Girl spring 2020 campaign is out! The star’s second campaign for the label was shot in Miami and is titled ‘Material Girl Hits Miami’. The ’50 Shades of Grey’ star poses in front of The Welcome to Miami sign, Ocean Drive and the Raleigh Hotel pool in a series of form-fitting pieces with a cool modern flair. Though she showed her appreciation for the brand on numerous occasions the singer reminded everyone why she decided to represent the label: ‘I don’t think there are any rules in the fashion world and Material Girl is a wonderful way to really express yourself,’ she stated.

Madonna and her daughter Lola also commented on the things that make her suitable for representing the label: ‘Rita is fearless when it comes to fashion and expressing herself. We love her personality and think she perfectly embodies the spirit of Material Girl’, Madonna stated, while Lola added that: ‘Rita is the perfect fit for the Material Girl brand. She is a style icon who knows how to have fun with fashion.’

Indeed the star looks in her element in the new Material Girl spring 2020 campaign wearing chic ensembles inspired by the newest trends. This season, the focus seems to have been placed on geometric and Aztec prints and cool floral motifs. The perspective has remained the same: simple outfits with an effortless chic vibe, ensembles that manage to be instant head-turners. However, compared to the fall 2020 campaign featuring Rita Ora, the new collection has a much sultrier and more feminine allure, which seems to suit the star quite well.

The great thing about the fashion-forward Material Girl spring 2020 collection is that it is both easy on the eyes and on the wallet. For instance, the pieces that comprise one of the ensembles worn by the diva, the long sleeve crop top and the tribal print skirt cost just $26 and $25 respectively. However, as much as we love seeing Rita in the label’s campaigns, we can’t wait to see her flexing her muscles as a designer, not only as a brand ambassador but as a design contributor for her own line for Adidas.
