It seems that the world renowned fashion designer is turning his attention back to the roots as he decided to relaunch the label’s sunglasses line. The Italian designer has directed his attention to update the Roberto Cavalli and Just Cavalli lien with brand new sunglasses designs that will surely make everyone dream of a pair.

Sunglasses have become more than a must have to protect the eyes, they are fashion accessories which can instantly transform your look. This is one of the reasons for the power industry behind the popular peeper protectors, and designer Roberto Cavalli wanted to make sure that 2020 is marked by the comeback of their statement sunglasses that will bring vintage details that have been modernized to suit the new trends perfectly.

The Roberto Cavalli name is synonymous with luxury and sophistication, and the new sunglasses collection for spring summer 2020 signed Roberto Cavalli and Just Cavalli are definitely not short of these characteristics. To achieve the desired results, the designer, who licenses its eyewear with The Marcolin Group, turned towards the label’s first eyewear collection for inspiration, a collection that was launched in 1999, and which features all the details that represent the Cavalli label.

Maurizio Marcolin from The Marcolin Group told WWD that the new sunglasses line signed by the renowned designer brings forward every beauty code of the label. He said: “All the aesthetic codes of the brand — such as the animal prints, the snake inspiration and goldsmith’s art — are now a leitmotif across all styles. The collection has been very well received in the market for the new and original contemporary shapes complementing the sophisticated appeal of the Roberto Cavalli brand.”

The updated sunglasses collection will include classic styles that will feature more contemporary details and shapes to achieve a fashion-forward style that will surely make heads turn. The collection retails from $360 to $450 and is currently available at Cavalli and Just Cavalli boutiques while retailers such as Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom will feature the collection form February 2020.
