British singer Florence Welch has mesmerized an entire world with her amazing voice and unique style and now the 25-year-old star is showing the world that besides a massive amount of talent, she’s got a certain innocence that can take your breath away in an instant as she poses like a true diva on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar UK, the magazine’s June 2020 issue.
Her sophistication makes her a magnet for attention, so no wonder that this rising star and fashion icon managed to pull off a professional look while posing in a gorgeous maxi chiffon dress for the camera lens of Camilla Akrans for Harper’s Bazaar UK. Prior to channeling her inner modelling diva for the magazine’s amazing spread, Florence sat down for a quick chat with one of the magazine’s writers where she gushed on everything from family to her ‘Britishness, the Queen, fashion and more, so ‘go with the Flo’ and find out everything about the indie-rock singer.
As far as her background goes, the popular singer says that she’s all British and she’s becoming more and more aware of that as time passes. She tells Harper’s Bazaar UK that:
“I am definitely growing into my Britishness. The more I grow up, the more British I become. I had the best day ever [during last year’s Royal Wedding] – I dressed up and put on a crown and watched it with my mother and sister. We were shouting at the television, ‘Kiss her, kiss her again!’”
The magazine describes the singer as genuine, fun and sweet, but loud as well, and with her powerful voice we couldn’t have imagined she was anything but that. She’s one of the women that doesn’t go by unobserved as with her milky complexion, red hair and unique fashion style, Florence captures attention like a magnet. As far as fashion goes, the 25-year-old singer tells the magazine that:
“I like to wear clothes that I will wear when I am an old lady.”
People can’t get enough of Florence and the Machine and the diva of her fans, but being constantly on the road putting on a good show is not easy as according to Florence, the first thing she did after her tour ended was: run off to bed. She told Harper’s Bazaar UK that:
“I did a run-off. I’ve never done one before, but I was so tired from all the touring, I had to go to bed. I left the stage, put my slippers on and ran through the carpark in my catsuit with my cape flying behind me, screaming, ‘Gooooooooo!’”
