Candice Swanepoel’s exercise routine has always posed a high interest for those seeking a fit, head-turning physique. The Victoria’s Secret bombshell shared her exercise routine and if you thought models have it easy and it’s all about good genes, think again as Candice just shared her usual morning exercise routine and it’s all about breaking a sweat!
The 24 year old African beauty shared a pic on her social network accounts which showed her doing hip extension exercises for her derriere and a quick glimpse at the snap reveals that she’s wearing ankle weights that make the exercise routine even more difficult. Apparently, butt exercises are the focus of Candice Swanepoel’s workout as a lingerie model cannot but have everything looking firm when strolling down the catwalk. No wonder that her trainer is making her work for that enviable derriere.
“Butt for me is really important so [my trainer and I] always end with butt lifts on all fours. If I haven’t seen him in awhile the whole session is butt”, said Candice in an interview with FitSugar, but that doesn’t mean that all she does is concentrate is making her behind look like its made of steel.
The lingerie model also indulges in regular fitness training such as Yoga and Boxing, which are known to strengthen the body, sculpt the muscles and burn calories. Candice said about these calorie-burning exercise plans that: “[Yoga is] one of my new favorite ways; I just started doing more. It’s nice to just be able to stretch and work on your body but also your mind. Boxing has always worked really well for me as a full-body workout. I like something that’s fast; you really feel like you’re getting the energy up.”
However, since most of the time she’s traveling from one continent to another posing like a goddess for the world to admire, working out can be problematic. To make sure she doesn’t stray from her plan to looking fabulous, Candice turns towards the plain old fashioned jump-rope or, if she’s shooting on an exotic beach somewhere, she turns towards what nature has to give and makes running in the soft sand a pleasant workout.
