1 large handful roughly chopped greens (kale, spinach, collards, or a mix)
1 frozen banana, sliced
1 cup unsweetened coconut water
2 tbsps almond butter
1 tbsp flax oil
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup coconut water
1 tbsp creamy roasted almond butter

3 ice cubes
Directions:
Place strawberries, coconut water, almond butter and stevia in a blender and blend on high.
Blend in protein powder and ground chia seeds.

1/2 avocado
