Moreover, you don’t have to have only tasteless foods, such as the morning plain yogurt. In order to enjoy it you should add some fruits into it. You’ll feel happier!

As we have seen, removing carbohydrates when wanting to lose weight is not a smart step one can make. Carbohydrates are directly related to frustrations as most people love carbohydrates and they crave for them. Depriving means feeling frustrated of not being able to taste carbohydrates, as their consumption encourages the secretion of substances that reduce stress at brain level. Therefore, the best thing is to consume them, but with moderation. In fact, moderation is the key to anything. Keep in mind that in a healthy diet we should pay attention to the quality of foods.

As dieting is not a thing one could love, it is important to keep a calorie diary. Well, this doesn’t mean you have to become obsessed, but if you are one of those people who cannot stick to one piece of cake or chocolate, it is better to count the calories. In order to make your task easier, you can take photos of what you had throughout the day. This way, in the evening you can count and see where you went wrong and improve the situation.

Chocolate is usually one of the forbidden foods in diets. However, it is not absolutely necessary to gave up 100%. You are allowed to one treat weekly. Still, don’t buy a whole box of chocolate, otherwise you know what happens! A piece of sweet chocolate cannot harm anyone. Or, if you want to eliminate it completely from your diet, when you feel like eating chocolate, take a common sage candy as it contains substances that stops uncontrollable appetites.
