Well, ‘The Honest Life’ is the result of Alba’s need to create a safe and healthy environment for her family. And ‘The Honest Life’ shares the insights and strategies the actress gathered along the way.

Okay, but the best part about her book is the fact that the solutions the actress offers are easy, chic, down-to-earth and honest, of course.
