1 cup almond flour 3 tablespoons coconut flour 1 diced apple 3 beaten eggs 2-3 tablespoons honey 1-2 tablespoons cinnamon 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Mix the flours, cinnamon and baking soda. Add the apples, eggs, coconut oil and honey while mixing well. Put the mixture in the muffin tin and bake for 30 minutes in an oven heated to 350 degrees.

Getting the right smoothie shouldn’t be too difficult for the Paleo Diet. Here are the necessary ingredients for a delicious Strawberry Coconut Smoothie.

8-10 small frozen strawberries 3 fresh strawberries 250ml coconut milk 1 tablespoon almond butter 1 tablespoon honey

Mix all the ingredients in the blender and garnish with the fresh strawberries and coconut shavings.
