2. Skull Shining Breathing:
For the skull shining breathing pranayama, you need to sit in a comfortable place. Keep your spine straight and let your palms be on your knees. Now inhale. For this you must place your left hand on your left knee and let your palms be open up towards the sky. Place your index finger and middle finger between your brows. Let your ring finger be on the left nostril and the thumb on the right nostril. Now try and press your thumb down on the right nostril and breathe gently. Alternate sides and do this about 9 times.
4. Equal Breathing:
Equal breathing which is also known as Sama Vritti helps you to focus better. For this you must sit in an easy pose and close your eyes. Now count to four as you inhale and then count to another four as you exhale. Do this for several times before you call it an end.

5. Lion’s Breath:
For the lions breath you must kneel and place your hands on your knees. Inhale through the nose and as you exhale make a “ha” sound. Stick your tongue out and try to make it touch your chin. Inhale and repeat this for about five times.
6. Cooling Breath:
Sit in a comfortable position and breathe deeply. Now roll your tongue and stick the ends between your lips. Inhale through the tube you have created with your tongue. Exhale and do this for five times. You will get a cool breath.

Inhale and exhale through your mouth. Tone the back of your throat as you exhale. When you are comfortable, start toning your throat as you inhale too. This will make a loud noise, something that is very similar.
