English model, actress and internationally-renowned beauty Rosie Huntington-Whiteley prefers a diet of healthy raw foods and keeps herself busy in the gym with vigorous daily training. Check out some of the diet, workout and beauty secrets Rosie has shared.

“Water is the drug of God”, according to Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who says staying hydrated is the most important element in any diet, as it reduces hunger pangs while simultaneously maintaining healthy skin.

Her fit and lean body is maintained with daily training, but also by keeping food simple and fresh.

“I’m not really one for fad diets, I like to keeps things simple. I grew up on a farm, so if I want to detox or shed some weight or eat cleanly I’ll cut out carbs and refined sugars. So that’s my tip for eating well: nothing extreme”, Rosie told Vogue UK.

The 25 year old renowned for being a Victoria’s Secret and Burberry model and for her role in Transformers: Dark of the Moon, prefers fresh produce and always aims to eat healthy local foods in her travels.

Keeping fit is easy for Rosie as she employs 3 personal trainers: James Duigan, who also trains Elle Macpherson, keeps her in shape in London, while Jason Walsh trains her in Los Angeles and a friend helps her out in New York.

Up at 8 or 9 every morning, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley heads straight for the gym, where she does resistance training, but also uses yoga to maintain her much admired figure.

“It’s not just about being in shape, it also improves my well-being. I feel better about myself, it boosts my confidence. And that for me is where my beauty regime starts, in the gym”, she explained.
