Stacy Keibler might have met fame for becoming the girlfriend of one of the most sought-after bachelors in Hollywood, George Clooney, but she’s now being looked at as an inspiration for women who wish to sculpt their body to perfection. The 32-year-old bombshell has won over Self magazine with her svelte legs, perfectly toned abs and killer silhouette, so no wonder that she’s been chosen to appear in a feature of the magazine’s June 2020 issue.
Stacy unveils the miracle workout program that will get you to look hot this summer and shows off her athletic moves in a stunning spread in the magazine where she also talks about her healthy lifestyle choice and confidence. Check out the sporty feature in the magazine and find more about the former WWE fighter.
Stacy, who revealed to Self that she loves “the adrenaline rush exercising gives me and the payoff” that comes with working out, says that she takes pride in choosing to lead a healthy life. She tells the magazine that:
“Being healthy and living a healthy lifestyle have always been very important to me. I pride myself in taking care of my mind, body and soul, and not just through exercise.”
Looking fabulous is not an easy business and according to Stacy, her beauty secret is a combo of organic eating, workout sessions, skincare routines and sleep and apparently they work as she looks drop dead gorgeous even when she’s working out, as she proves from her stunning sporty spread. Stacy says:
“It’s about getting enough sleep, eating nutritious and organic meals and taking good care of my skin. Working out makes me feel strong and energized every time. It’s my therapy for my mind and my body.”
However, looking good is not everything as confidence is also a requirement if you wish to look and feel fabulous. Stacy shares her point of view as far as confidence goes and gives people who wish to boost their confidence and start a healthier lifestyle a bit of advice on how to stay focused. She says:
“Confidence comes from within and as long as you are putting forth a respectable effort to take good care of yourself, you should feel confident about that path. Just be sure to set realistic goals for yourself and design a plan that works for you. Also, remember that everyone gets there at their own pace and there’s no losing when you take charge.”
