Yes, for every sneaker addict out there the famous Chuck Taylor shoe is back in a super-stylish version. And isn’t it absolutely alluring with that distinct zig-zag raschel knit and multi-stitch space-dyed cotton? This is the fifth Missoni for Converse line and we must admit that it was love at first sight and these stunners made us swoon as soon as we saw them.
The line features two women’s-only versions of the shoe with a touch of metallic sparkle added to Missoni’s signature zig zag, knit used in the uppers. One comes in green and white with silver and gold metallic detailing and the other in white and tan with subtle hues of peach accented with silver and gold. These conversation-starters are really feminine and trendy, while the leather rands and toe-wraps embossed with classic Chuck Taylor All Star detailing makes them so outstanding. The designs are extremely stylish and have an “ultra-luxurious, hand-crafted look and feel.”
In addition to the women’s-only versions, the collection also includes a fresh unisex model that comes in Missoni’s exclusive multi-stitch, space-dyed fabric in sharp hues of navy and white. Already familiar from past Converse and Missoni collaborations, each shoe has premium leather on the tongue’s upper, logos, heel-pull-tabs and toe caps. It is more than sure that these beauties will be some of the most sought after sneakers of the season.
