Learn how to create this feminine updo with multiple braids. Combine two braiding techniques for a romantic hairstyle and top it off with a bow hair clip for a really chic finish!
Start by dividing hair into three sections, leaving the middle one thicker than the ones on the sides. Clip side sections out of the way and start to braiding down the middle.
Begin doing a French braid picking up thin strands of hair and placing them down the middle of your braid. Repeat these moves until you reach the ends and secure with an elastic.
Move onto the left side and divide a thin section of hair close to the hair line into three equal parts.
Multiple Braid Updo Steps
Start braiding using the simple three-strand braiding technique, then pick up and add a new piece of hair to the braid each time you get to right-hand strand.
Repeat the same braid the right other side.
Go back to your middle French braid, fold it under itself and secure it at the nape of the neck with bobby pins.
Cross the side braids over the French braid, pin into place and hide their ends tucking them under.
Add a stylish detail to your multiple braid updo with an oversized bow hair clip.
