The famous couple formed of Beyonce and Jay-Z have recently started to rent the infamous mansion in the Hamptons known under the name of Sandcastle. Apparently, the couple is renting the house for the summer period for $400,000 per month.
However, this mansion seems to worth it, as of all the celebrity homes, this is one of the biggest, with 31,000 square-foot where the couple and their baby can do whatever they please far away from the paparazzi’s eyes and cameras. Even though the price might seem enormous, it is in fact a huge steal, taking into consideration the fact that in December last year when the property was put up for rent, its owner wanted around $500,000 per half a month. The mansion’s architecture is by Joe Farrell, who built more than 250 homes in the Hamptons.
The New York Hamptons area is well-known in the world for having some of the most luxurious and at the same time costly properties in the USA. Therefore, the price that Beyonce and her husband have to pay for staying there during the summer time is not so high, especially since the mansion they chose is endowed with numerous themed-rooms that simple people could only dream about.
Beyonce’s home in the Hamptons has 12 bedrooms, a cinema room, a heated 60-foot swimming pool that is almost as big as the Olympic one and that also has a subaquatic speaker system, plus numerous other rooms and amenities, such as a basketball court, a tennis court, a spa, a bowling room, a skateboard half-pipe, a virtual golf course and a climbing wall. In addition, the house also has a recording studio which could not have missed, as the two singers might want to also do a little bit of work during summertime.
On the other hand, the mansion is also endowed with a walk-in refrigerator room and a wine room, in case the two decide to throw a party while there. Moreover, if they want to stay in shape during the summer without leaving the property, they can do this as well, as the mansion rented for the summer also has a private gym.
In case you might be wondering where Beyonce keeps all her cool outfits during the summertime, you should know that the closet she has in this mansion is bigger than three regular bedrooms put together. Plus, the pool house also has some storage space. All in all, the property that is worth no less than $43.5 million and that is set on 11.5 acres seems to be fulfilling all of the needs and desires that the family of Jay-Z might have.
As nothing is too expensive or too good for his two most precious girls, it is understandable why he would want for them to have this accommodation place during the summer. Having approximately 31,000 square feet in which the three can actually live, Beyonce and Jay-Z’s Hamptons mansion will be more than enough for their little Ivy Blue who will get to experience the celebrity lifestyle before even learning how to talk.
